Johanna Karinen

This evening Johanna Karinen, the project coordinator or liaison of the Finnish Association of the Deaf with the Maryknoll Deaf Development Programme, arrived in Phnom Penh to begin a week of meetings about the projects that FAD funds.

After a relatively long flight from Helsinki and a night with no sleep, Johanna was surprisingly awake--and enjoying the 30慢 temperature of Phnom Penh. When she left Helsinki fifteen hours before it was -30慢! Quite a temperature change!
