Graduation in Svay Rieng Province
4 July 2005

Our first graduation ceremony was in Banteay Meanchey Province.  The second was in Kampot Province and the third was in Phnom Penh.  For the fourth graduation we traveled to Svay Rieng Province in Cambodia's southeast corner, near the Vietnam border.  This is the province where the school moved the deaf class out of a classroom and into a storage room.

On the return trip to Phnom Penh, we stopped at center where our program manager Kim (right) had established job skills training in a program originally funded by the European Union. Now funded by the Cambodian government, it has shrunk to just a fraction of its original size.
