A UK-based NGO named Knowledge and Resources International and the Disability Action Council of Cambodia jointly hosted the Third Roundtable on Inclusive Education in Phnom Penh, Cambodia May 4-6, 2005. The first Roundtable was in Malawi last year; the second in India earlier this year. Approximately 60 persons attended the third session. DDP was represented because Inclusive Education is a movement in education today that has a tremendous impact--mostly negative--on deaf people.
