This evening as I was preparing to leave DDP, I saw four visitors talking to our staff outside. It turned out one was a deaf man from Taiwan, Chiangsheng Yu, who is traveling in Cambodia with two deaf friends from Thailand and a deaf man from Battambang in Cambodia. Yu (short pants) studied at Gallaudet University, received his MA, and is now a teacher in a special school in Kaohsiung in Taiwan.
