The Deaf Development Programme has expanded greatly in the last two years, and DDP's six projects have grown so much that it was decided to have a strategic plan for each project before attempting a plan for the full program. The second project to undergo strategic planning was the Job Training Project.

Then Sophy spoke about the skills her project must provide students who want to enter Job Training. This meeting had representatives from the Education, Job Training, and Interpreting projects. A large group for the meeting
