As the Deaf Development Programme has grown, it has become increasingly difficult for all the staff to know each other, much less work together. To build up a family spirit and ability to cooperate better, and to get feedback on our programs, we had a three-day trip to Koh Kong Province on the southern coast of Cambodia where we had a staff retreat.
