The new DDP Plan of Action for 2006-2008 is for the Cambodia Deaf Skills Development Project, a new initiative we are undertaking to offer job skills to the deaf people who have been learning literacy and sign language from us. To manage the Skills Development Project, Mr. Sou Poly has been hired as a project officer. He started immediately to survey the different organizations that offer job training to see if they will accept deaf students.
