Amy Szarkowski teaches pschology at a university in Japan and also works with the deaf community. Here in Phnom Penh she right away made friends with the staff and students at the Deaf Development Program, and we invited her to lead a workshop on conflict resolution for our staff. We brought the staff in for a morning session on Saturday, and it turned out to be a very positive learning experience for them.
