Megan Youngs has come to Phnom Penh, Cambodia to teach deaf education to the hearing teachers of the Maryknoll Deaf Development Program in Cambodia. Megan arrived today and was met at the Phnom Penh airport by Justin Smith (left), a program advisor, and Deth Bunthok, the education project officer. She will be working at DDP for three months.
