On 4 February 2008, Mr. Keat Sokly began work as the new Program Manager of the Maryknoll Deaf Development Programme. Sokly finished a master's degree in France last year and worked for another disability NGO in Phnom Penh before joining the DDP staff. We look forward to working with him! Welcome, Sokly!
