We were scheduled to have training for our teaching staff in December, but because of budget cuts and a need to reorganize the program, we held instead a week-long meeting for both our Phnom Penh and provincial staff.  The five working days will give us time to review what we have done in 2004 and examine the circumstances that have led to the restructuring which will cost some of the staff their jobs.
