Reviewing the 2007 budget In the morning session we reviewed and discussed the Plan of Action for 2007 and then later we reviewed the budget as Thary and Nanny (right) had reworked it earlier in the week. Justin Smith watches the interpreter signing for Thary.

Walking to lunch The morning passed quickly and then we walked to lunch at a nearby restaurant just two blocks away. Thary had her motorcycle because she had to run back to the office to pick up some files for the afternoon session.

Lunch at the Khmer Kitchen The Khmer Kitchen is a comfortable setting with a green environment and food everyone can appreciate. We took our time knowing that our last session was ahead and the end was in sight.
